EXIF removal and watermark workflows are designed to run in your browser. We do not intentionally upload or store your selected images as part of the normal tool flow.

Analytics and technical data

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and site performance. Hosting and analytics providers may receive limited technical information such as the requested page, browser type, device type, approximate region, and request timing. ImagePrivacy does not send selected image files or editing output to analytics services.

Google advertising cookies

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to ImagePrivacy or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Personalized advertising choices

Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors may also use AboutAds opt-out tools for participating third-party vendors. Google AdSense is the intended advertising provider; this policy will be updated if additional advertising networks are introduced.

Advertising placement

Advertisements, when shown, should be distinguishable from site navigation, upload controls, download buttons, and image editing actions. We do not ask visitors to click ads, and we do not intentionally place ads where they can be confused with tool controls.

Metadata and visible content

Removing metadata does not automatically remove visible information inside an image, such as faces, addresses, license plates, screenshots, or document text. Visitors are responsible for reviewing the image itself before sharing.

Cookies and consent

Essential browser storage may be used for local preferences. Where required, a Google-certified consent management platform presents choices before advertising cookies or personalized advertising are used. Visitors can also control cookies through browser settings.
